This should be dealt with via Pm, no need for all this crap on the forum.

SR-91 it seems it's the guy who is selling you the alloys thats at fault

I think you should be taking this up with him

I dont really like Mobby but it seems he has attempted to provide this service you speak of 3 times, and it's failed through no fault of his own.

And I dont like the cut of your jib either,

Be a bit nicer and things might get sorted out, But I fear you have lost out now, and nobody is going to help you because of the way your 'trying' to get your point across

I think both parties are unfortunately right in there arguments, But the real person who this should be aimed at is the 3rd party person.

SR91, I would speak to this person and tell THEM to arrange a curior to you and then you will pay for it afterwards.

He's tryna charge me £65 for a courier, I'd be better off driving up to collect them... Which it looks like I'm gonna have to do.

Also, if I'm not speaking nicely, look at it from my point of view, I'm being blamed for my loss when it's not my fault.

As I said I see your point

But Mobby isn't dealing with the 3rd party, you are, you arrange for him to be in when your courier is arriving,

So it's there fault, not mobby's

I told him the date the courier was meant to collect,he said he has waited in all day but nobody has arrived for them. As the same with the next day...

Then I asked Mobby if the courier was going to come and he said he had a mix up with people, hence I don't think the courier has been sent.

to be honest sr-91 from what i can see mobby has tried t provide a service to you but looks like the person at the other end has let you down and you are looking for a scape goat you are so sure that mobby has not even had his courier try to pick them up at all but are positve that the 3rd party has told you the truth that he was in on all 3 occasions that the courier has supposed ot of turned up just seems so odd to me that all these people that have had stuff collected by mobby had prasie him and say how good a service he provides and then you call him a scammer who is trying to rip people off its £20 quid at the end of the day as the credit crunch hit you that hard you need to drag his name through the mud for it ffs grow up

Well I'm afraid we will have to go by referals

Mobby has done 10's of courier runs for people without hassle

And this guy you are buying the wheels off has dealt with how many people?

I'm inclined to believe Mobby as he quite rightly said why would he rip £20 off you and only you?

When this other guy can rip you off to the sum of whatever you have paid for the wheels

TBH mate, i'd leave it at this, No point in getting backs up further.

£20 to some people is a lot of money to "throw away" as you will agree.

Go find the 3rd party person and sort this mess out

Mobby is a top lad and provides a awesome service.

As said many of times Mobby can only sort out the carrier to collect but if there is no 1 in ( 3 x ) Mobby still gets charged for the carrier.

well he needs to sort out this error, by the sounds of it, its not mobbys fault, and as far as im aware that i think he offers a courier service on the cheap maybe, doesnt in fact means its his fault.. 3rd party might be the one to blame for the lack of intrest regaurding the collection of the items.

Well if he does it for free, send him around to collect them, if it doesn't cost you.
