so true, but i for one am on about ILLEGAL!! immigrants not legal ones, if they have the right to be here then thats fair enough but if they dont then thats not fair! illegal immigrants are taking money from our society and not giving anything back! thats what im on about!! not genuine tax paying legal immigrants, they can stay here for as long as they like, in that case we are all equal!

Which is fine, and I totally agree..
But again, if the government and customs and excise are not strict enough, then thats not the imigrants issue, thats our political issues that are the problem.

You need to prove your right to be in the country to work, claim benefits etc, therefore you need a work permit/visa, these are all issued by the home office and on a database how can you fake it on a benefits form or do they hack into the home offices computer?

Actually, if your an imigrant, you have to provide a passport to get work.
At which point most are caught out. Missis is an accountant and regulary sees illegal passports/forged passports, then the people are dealt with accordingly.
But until they are known, how do you deal with what you don't know is there, hence the term illegal.........

u can come to this country legally, let say u have 6months visa. but if u work during or/and overstay ur 6months then your illegal..
they get fake N.I numbers, open bank accounts and send money back home via money transfer!
they share a house of 25 and go shopping to Lidl...they earn minimum but spend fuck all!!
and the best thing they call you BOSS when u go get ur car washed from em!!!!

If they have fake N.I numbers they pay tax then, although I think you are over rating the problems and you can only come here on a 6 month visa from 27 different country's such as America, Canada etc.

If they are illegal, its all under wraps. They cannot be paid via a bank as they need to provide their passport to work.
SO cash in hand you say, well where does the cash come from?
THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE COMPANY. How is that cash coming from my pocket? Maybe froma job i've paid the company to do, but then i've paid for a service, so what the owner of that business does with my money is down to them, not me.
ANd most "illegals" are on f-all wages. Certainly not the luxerious £5 ph mandantory wage our government says. Would be lucky to make 50p/£1 per hour, but its still more than they earn in their own country.
So again, its down to the government.
But from all you've said, i really really REALLY don't think you understand properly what your talking about.
And FYI, my other half regulary catches out illegals who try to get normal paying jobs (so if they get a normal job, they are paying tax and nat ins, so how are they robbing?).
Illegals are only unknown people in the UK doing backhander work.
