Potentially I could get a hotel the night before but it's unlikely they'll want to pay for it
When I had to go to Crewe last year though it cost me about £30 in diesel and I got over £90 back for it

I had to go to somewhere near Reading to pick some customers up (I don't tihnk they were expecting a Corsa with 16"'s on it ) and it cost about a fiver in petrol, they gave me over £15 iirc

Olympia and back = 40 miles = £16

Yeah milleage allowances are great I get around £200 back a month from mine but you have to account for car servicing etc into the equation.
