xe's are all the same really. ive drove a few with cams and chips etc and theyre never really much of a difference over std. its all in the owners head that its miles faster i think.

thing is daz, 106's are made from the recycled foil from kit kats. they're light, really light. people under estimate power to weight some times.

Power to weight is good for acceleration...

however you need true power and torque to pull it along at higher speeds!

This is what XE's have over gti lumps... Torque!

Thought has been crossing my mind... Even Tb'ing won't really give me a big gain in torque. Needs to be Forced Induction really get to get the torque, but then I think - hmm, maybe it's time for another car.
