i dnt mind sacrrficeing heat for lightnes lol. Needs to be light as fook not gona b a daily driver so dnt reli need heat. The 309 wernt much cheaper to insure than the gsi.was about 1500 a year i fink

well my 2 litre corsa insurence is £556 from adrian flux and im 19 with 2 years no claims. so i recon it will probs be round the grand mark

john you really need to start shopping around mate your paying 1500 on a 15-20 yr old car ffs its probably only worth 50p i would rather walk than pay that for insurance

wen i just passed my test i kud insure a 1.6 corsa sport for about £1500 with quinn direct so i cnt see y there makeing you pay the same for that car lol that was if i was to pay it is full tho

went to see the engine today! looks awsome.
found out some info on previous owers of the cav it was from too,
engine was from a cav turbo that had shitloads spent on it, originally from a dude that used it on sum track days at castle combe and then brought my a woman,

right still waiting for the engine, cars now changed addresses
got my self a lock up so can start making progress on the project.
lock up is in the middle of knowhere on a farm and is shared between four people.
has electric and water so is cool.
