Frinton, £385, studio flat, newly fitted out kitchen and bathroom, 0.4 miles from the train station, Car park space & garage.
Unfurnished though so would have to buy all that, but no biggy
Thought your plan was to stay at home Will or you just feeling the stress

i'm constantly stressed at home but i just cant justify throwing all that money away in rent, I worked out if I saved the 'rent/living' money for 2 years instead of lining some land lord's pocket I'd have 20k saved which doesnt help matters. I'm looking at roughly 850 pcm to stay somewhere on my own.

I plan to leave everything tbh Will. To much bad stuff over here, shitty situation with a lot of people. Kinda like you, get stressed at home and i can't afford the rent here by myself. Like you said, around 20k over 2 years
Works doing my nut in, Taking the royal piss with pay and hour etc and also dont enjoy it. Wanted somewhere close to the station, because its a realistic hour and a bit to london, so my area to find a job is huge.
So yeah, thats pretty much it in a nutshell. Will either go well or extremely bad

Not up on the Naze by the tower. Might be in the summer though. Little cafe that sells gollywogs is there though You walk in there and think you have gone back in time
Kino arcade is still open though
