I'd bet your mum's life that you didn't pay £180 for any pair of jeans.

I can imagine that this thread would have been full of different kinds of replies if it wasn't doyle that started it.

I think £180 is a fine amount to spend on a pair of jeans, if I could afford to I would.

That's what I was going to say If you've got no receipt, and have worn them already, then you don't have much chance really.

I don't think i would have acted any differently to be totally honest.
I've actually been making an effort to cut poor doylie a little slack recently.

Hm, but if one of the more 'liked' people on the site put up a thread asking if their jeans were fake they wouldn't get slated for the amount they spent on them.

I know the guy's been a bit of a banger but assuming he's not lying then there's no reason for people to be slating him.

But then again I don't know him or what he's like, for all I know he could be deserving it. But I can imagine that about half the people slagging him off in this thread even have a clue why and have just jumped on the bandwagon.

Why they fake then?

and I don't see whats wrong with me spending my money on what I want.

The only reason I bought them is because that week I won 200

Normally I spend about 70 on jeans. If I see a pair of Jeans I like for 5pound ill buy them

If I see a pair of jeans I like for 180 ill buy them

If I see your mum on the street Ill say ' Very Nice.. How muchh?

That's why Doyle get's a hard time. Well, that along with failing constantly and attempting to be cool (and failing).

MarkGraham - Aye good point. Could have been making the point that he didn't just pay £40 to a guy hanging out the back of a Transit though?

If they are from Yoox then I'd imagine they are genuine.

Plenty of people spend that kind of money on jeans, you don't need to be earning loads to buy jeans that will last ages.
