I would guess my money would go further with dampers then it would coilovers for that sort of money so yeah!

Ive just looked up the bilstien kit thats on my car and its £540

I thought it was just a cheapish jobbie. Really impressed with it though just a shame it doesnt look quite low enough

thats the only problem im finding with blistien, is that to go low, you need to buy the £1500 coilover set up!

i take it you sold you ones off the corsa pickers

getting alot of mixed opinions about these

trying to work out if rear coilovers are worth it over the standard set up....

Yeah, sold mine along time ago. The reason I went for Rear Coilovers was mainly due to 1/4 mile. Having the rear jacked up provides better traction. Plus having it at just the right height is alot better than a spring telling you where it wants to sit.

now understand something needs strenghtening, you need to reinforce when fitting rear coilovers.....


anyone shed some light

TBH i have done it both ways in the past. I have strengthened the lower and upper mounting points and i have no bothered on others. TBH the only part i would look to uprate would be the mounting point on the beam.
