my little brother who is 16 can bench 60kg reps. go on youtube and you will see a whole array of teenagers benching 90k+

its easy enough to do 5 reps or something but I tend to do 12.

normally do like 3 sets of 12 reps or something.

idea is to do it until u cant lift the weight anymore. if you do the full sets of reps and you feel like you can do more then your not lifting enough weight.

shouldnt be able to do any more lifts by the end

when I get to about 10 the last 2 are quite hard, the thing is we have a smiths machine and no one seems to know the exact bar weight either 30 or 35kgs odd

Had 4 Crumpets so far today.

Trying to get through them, damn Tesco & their special offers, kingsmill crumpets just dont compare to warbertons.

need to eat another 6 today so i can go get some warbertons ones.

i could throw them out, but i dont like wasting food.

There are some quite varied eating habbits on here, i dont know how some people survive really, Neo, you have to weigh like 6 stone if thats all you eat normally?

Nah i'm 10 stone, i tend to eat that week days, maybe a bag of crisps on a friday afternoon, then weekend i cook decent meals because i have the time. Have always been like it tbh

Fucking hell, talking about tiger bread got me thinking about rolls cos I've got them there as well, it was a sandwich I had. And by ham I mean bacon, didn't think that was just a Scottish thing?

You get it from ASDA, Tesco and all the supermarkets basically. It's a big crusty loaf that tastes better than nectar.
