Colin have you had much go wrong then? or just lots of maintenance items?
People always seem to make out these are bomb proof and last forever.
Am considering one next year as want something a more grown up then the scoob.

Just some failed parking sensors & now a snapped spring. Both apparently common things to go wrong.
Although those 2 alone are £700odd repair from BMW, think i'll get an extended warranty in march when mine runs out.
Servicing costs a bit as well

Yeah it would appear so. Everyone has had at least one fail.
BMW fit them in pairs aswell so £311 + vat to sort.
If its not covered by my warranty then i'll look at what aftermarket jobbies are available.

do it mate, some eibachs mofo. My friend was working on a Z4 once just to replace the rear discs, jackked it up and OOH out comes a snapepd spring

He has jsut found out he is moving offices, and has to work the weekend before xmas, with only 2 days in lieu as repayment, for a company which he holds no want to work for or respect anymore.
God I wish I could find another job before xmas to land them in it.......

Im on a rant, im just fedup again still. Thing is, no matter how much I look, the market rates have dropped and in London they arn't paying much more than im on at the moment, so i really am stuck at the moment...
