E36 328's are approx 198bhp. Although they are heavily restricted as standard due to emission regs, and have the inlet manifold off the 320 (IIRC) fitted. Changing this for the inlet off the 325, coupled with a bored out TB and re-map can see in the region of 220bhp though.

I initially thought this but looking on Pistonheads loads of them around the 220+ bhp
How is the ownership going seeing as its a stark difference from the Nova

I had this originally as my road car whilst still having the nova for tracks, i did have intentions of adding a turbo once the nova was sold, but now the plan is to leave it as it is because its such a good daily driver and spend the money on going racing. Licence is being applied for and I've lined up a car to drive thanks to a very generous friend

Cheers for the comments guys! It's not often I bother with how cars look particularly, but this one has had some TLC. Originally it was a bit tatty paint wise (rusty arches, peeling lacquer, small patch of crash damage ('ring enduced)) and was sporting M3 reps.
After a trip to the bodyshop, I fitted some freshly refurbed BBS sport wheels.
But the wheels proved to much hassle to keep clean, so it now sits proud on its genuine staggered sunflowers
I'll be giving it a full paint correction and fitting some carbon fibre roundels that I have in the new year

That is stunning. I wish mine looked like that. I think with the mtec kit on them, they dont look out of date at all.

Cheers!
I appreciate that most of the stuff came fitted from the factory, but a part of me hates it for being an M3 replica, but to be honest without the M-Tech kit on I'm really not a fan of the E36's. I am guilty of adding M3 bits to it (Mesh grill and wheels) but that's only because they suit the car better than any aftermarket stuff for the same price! I would like an M3 but most of the time the extra expense of ownership isn't justified, especially as I'm at bloody uni

What engine is in that mate?? Looks stunning BTW
Fancy selling it? That with a private plate on would be ideal for me.
