in actual fact when an item is purchased from one account 1 positive feedback can be left. if the same account then purchases another item from the same seller, feedback can be left, however this does not tally up to the feedback score next to the sellers name

It makes no difference, its very easy for fraudsters to either a. sell/buy very cheap items and get positive feedback, or b. just hack someones account.

I'd say it's not a fraudster if he's actually bought the motor though... this argument is pointless.
