Yeah he's fine.
It was a Mk4 Astra 1.8 SXi
He hit some black ice last weekend going round a roundabout and ended up hitting the armco. Apparently he's bent the subframe and the insurance company have quoted £1619 to fix it, car was worth £1600
It wasn't even his insurance as was still on the 7 day free one

haha what is it with mk4 astra's lol.
Mine had two previous owners.
Found out randomly at a party that it use to be this guys parents and the dad put it in his mums name for a birthday present small world and all that.

Ok, the initial £3k deposit is maybe a little steep but the 10 monthly payments of £1.5k seem very reasonable
