There would have been far better investments, especially when you factor in storage costs and the price of buying a mint example. I would go as far as to say you would have lost money.

I think your missing the point as to why alot of people are on this site, it is Corsasport therefore people obviously have a bit of a thing for these little shopping cars and would be willing to pay a bit more. Some of the people saying they would buy it if they could afford it backs up this.

It's not mint, the more people say it's mint the more I realise how people end up with such bad cars on here.

What would you define as mint then? I would love to see how immaculate your car is based on your comment.

with 21k on the clock its hardly going to be a dog...

Look at the prices of novas now. Buy that, put it into storage and in 10 years time it will be worth double what you paid for it.

My car is pretty immaculate tbf.

It's had at least some spraying (badly) that means something is being covered up and that's only what can be seen from the pictures, it's shifty.

hows it going lads..thanks for the good comments..and for the bad ones(you always get some)

i bought the car back in 2008 from a 1lady owner from new..she was really well of and the car had never done more than a 20 mile round trip...i bought the car without seeing it and gave good money at the same time so she would take it of ebay straight away...

when i got it i was completly shocked at how immaculate it was...

i have attended santapod for the past 5 years and im a complete vaux(corsa nut)being at the show that many times made me realise the standard these(including urselves)boys take there cars to..which i f&*ken love..

i wanted an absolute flauless low mileage corsa..

WHY THE CAR WAS PAINTED

as many of you know, the gsi comes with the kit which is obviously plastic and has a textured finish unlike the body of the car..

i wanted this as flat as the rest of the car and due to a couple of other stone chips i wanted the car absolutly flawless..

ive had 9 corsas previous and because this had all the history..low miles..i wanted to make this the best ive had...

the reason for the crapy pics on ebay aswell is that i didnt want to take it up the road and get it dirty..with the weather being bad...

8k woz a base price as the add would be removed if no price added...

im not ashamed to admit ive spent close to this and have al reciepts to prove this...but also know ill not get that bak...

thanks

You say it's had a full respray, but in here it was because the bumpers were textured, why the whole car then?

It either hasn't had a full spray or the sprayer was shocking.

Something still doesn't add up, you don't get a full respray on a 20k corsa
