But Gerrard links up with Rooney quite a bit, maybe through those Chelsea tinted glasses you missed that though.
Lampard DOES NOTHING. Milner is twice the player he is.

WTF has Gerrard ever done in an England shirt ? No coincidence every one bangs on about him trying to 'do his Liverpool form' in an England shirt. It never happens. I am not even saying Lampard has been amazing, but he has hardly been bad.

Id drop gerrard and lampard and much rather play carrick and milner!
They seem to give everything in an england shirt!

It's all good and well saying they give everything blah blah blah. Sometimes people can put everything in but natural talent will still have the upper hand. Its obvious that Gerrard and Lampard have this in abundance but it will always be difficult for them to reproduce the club foprm in an England shirt as it's a different type of football and different players around them. For me it's either Gerrard with Carrick or Lampard with Milner.
Everyone has said it before and everyone knows it. Gerrard and Lampard should not be in the same team.

Carrick and Gerrard would be a really good midfield 2 in truth.
