Yeah Just abit of chalk, my grip seems to be doing pretty well upto 190kg so far, even though iv got smallish hands because im a short arse will see what its like as i move upto 200kg etc, will get to a point where i will need them eventually.
Nice! im a while off attempting 115kg bench yet, maybe 105kg ish in a few weeks.

thats awesome 190kg without straps mate, must have a very good tight rip and cracking forearms yea i was buzzing in the gym today when i squeezed it out, always nice to get a PB!

Yeah it sure is a good feeling, the guy i train with stops me sometimes if iv already made a pb and then want to go for even more, he knows how much of a mood i go in if i fail
I dont know about that, id say my forearms are just regular really, i want big forarms though

Finally gave REAL lifting a go and did an 80kg Front Squat today

I dont know, i guess im just too used to normal squatting, having the bar across my chest and shoulders just feels awkward.

I gave deadlifting a go today, managed 3x140kg which I was pretty chuffed with!

Attempted 150kg but it was going nowhere

Nearly there, Pulled 195kg deadlift on saturday with just chalk, almost 3 times my bw now
Thats my 1rm, managing 180kg for reps now which im happy with.

Tried to push 90kg on bench yesterday and failed

But that was after doing 2 / 3 sets of 8 reps at 80kg, still anoid though as I really want to make 100kg

Bench 120Kg
Squat 140Kg (i dont like squat)
Deadlift 215Kg (Belt and straps)

i hate squat i have seen a knee blow out so i have always said never do heavy squats but deadlift it the best baby yeah

So you managed to push 5 reps with 3 20 plates each side?

Bloody impressive, I cant even touch 2 plates atm.

3x120kg Squat
5x80kg Bench
1x160kg Deadlift

@80kg. I'm chuffed to say the least

How's everyone else getting on? Hit 200kg yet Jamie?
