Get a part time job, and a 50cc scooter to get to work & college. £15 tax for the year, £6 tops to fill up. Never mind a car especially if your only16.

When i was 15 i worked in sainsburys (you cant start in septemeber even if you were 15) I used to get up and go to school and finish at 3.15 and start work at 4 untill 10 most days. Worked my arse off ever since then and now im a manager for BHS. Theres always a job somewhere ie pubs-washing up or cleaning.

Ps adiohead i was on £3.28 when i first started

But didnt pay tax

I'm 20 years old, I'm unemployed, I've been looking very hard. I don't have awesome GCSE's or any skills really so I've been trying to get a job doing retail work, cleaning or bar work. Something simple, had no luck. I know there are jobs available, I can go to an agency today and get a job in a fish factory, I've done it before and it's awful work and I never want to do it again. There is work out there if you're prepared to lower your standards. For me, I'm never doing fish factory work again.

I never give money but that also back fires, bought some kid a sandwich (after he asked for money for foos) as he looked proper rough and he told me to fuck off

Have you tried garages and tyre places?
I got my first job at 16 at a tyre place, was only cleaning up and sorting tyres out but it got the foot in the door i needed
