Cant afford a Porsche just now, still lots to do to the house costing lots.

If I sell, i'll just not own a car until I can get the one I want next year some time.

Can borrow Jades coopS whenever I need to & its as much fun to drive on the road as the M3 anyway!!

That DEALER sounds like a pile of wank to me lol!

My car has had numerous problems with it and its less than 7 months old.

I'd be parking it on the forecourt and not leaving until they had handed me a car to take away and a promise of having it fix, allowing you to inspect the work after!

when i bought mine Col i had to wait a week for them to replace 2 rear springs. Had tracking problems for a while couldnt get it to drive right, local tracking place had a right palava trying to adjust the bolts to get one side to get in spec.

I park on a slight slope so had never noticed the obvious problem whilst i was picking up a takeaway and walking back to my car noticing it was lop sided

Not the only story I've heard about them. My old man has had trouble there too.

lambo for 40k

I'd have a 996 Turbo over a 355 I think. Hopefully a 996T or a 997C2s will be our next car

Unlucky at the springs.

They went on Dad's at 17k, 1k apart of each other. BMW said this was relatively normal because of our shit roads. They never went again though.

Update:

Booked the car in for today to have the spring replaced at BMW, they also agreed to carry out a fresh MOT.

Dropped it off at 7:30 & the guy said come back at 30. Sounds like way too long to me, but I oblige anyway and go home.

Woman phones me at 1pm to tell me its a call to give mne an update, cars fine, no problems.

So I Turn up at 3pm to find the car on the ramp getting worked on, wont be long im told so headed out for a wander round the place, and after 1/2hr go to the parts dept to get a touch up pen for our mini. Was standing at the desk & all of a sudden my car comes flying past the door (way too fast!), out the exit & disappears up the road.

Its away on its test run the service man informs me when I go in flapping. Test run for having a spring replaced.....surely you just check its seated correctly???

So 15mins later my car returns from its test flight....sorry, drive & im informed its just going to get its MOT now.

WHAT I ask.....again!?!?

No its not been done yet.

Car will be ready for 5pm.

Great......full day wasted!!

So I sit in the comfy chair drinking 'free' coffee watching the salesmen shift the cars around & line them up perfectly in a very OCD manner & the service guy returns................

Not good news he said, its failed its MOT.

Sadly it wasnt his idea of humour being April 1st as well. I did ask!!

They failed it on :

Front brakes imballanced.

Now im not 100% what that means but they were last to work on the brakes so im not sure whats going on there.

Told them to give me my car NOW & that i'll never be setting foot in the place again.

Booked in for a partial retest at kwik fit for tomorrow. Hopefully with the new spring it will get a pass & then I'll maybe sell it.

Words cant explain how pi55ed aff I am!!!

Luxury car village.......more like nightmare on elm street!!!

Avoid Eastern BMW at all cost, I will be.!!!

*EDITED TO GIVE THE FULL BREAKDOWN OF TODAYS GOINGS ON'S NOW IVE HAD TIME TO TYPE IT.

Yeah they did the brakes a while back

I only went there because of the warranty. Its absolute donkey dick service.

Me and jade were in there for 2hrs today watching sales goons shuffle cars about being totally anal about the showroom display, moving cars like 3cm over so they all lines up etc

I asked the man if it was his idea of an april fools joke when he said it had failed, then just said get me my car

All cock & no balls!!

All garages are the fucking same. Luckily I got my Punto at a bargain price from a dealer otherwise I'd have been going mental with myself for not buying elsewhere.
