I've got another tooth that I reckon will be coming out so I'm going to see about replacing it with a gold one on the NHS 
Yes you do need to quit, I still miss it sometimes but I feel so much better for it

YES YOU NEED TO QUIT MIKE!!,
I need to go for a run tonight use to be able to run none stop for about 20-30mins now i get fucked after about 5 dam not going for a few months lol, also need some ankle weights soon to help build up the muscle that holds the knee in place to stop them crackin as much although tbh since starting the exercises they have stopped doing it as much.

Good Man Joe :clap: Honestly i'm seriously impressed, I think non smokers dont realise how hard it actually is and you get people with the attitude "Just dont buy any" or "Just dont smoke".
I tried to quite and lasted about 4 days before I wanted to strangle someone and the girls pretty much made me have one and that was it, back to like normal.
Never seen that Matt, Will have to keep an eye out or get it off Amazon

I've bin to the hospital loads with my eyes when i was younger fro turns out one the pupils in one eye is bigger than the other (not noticeable when i have my contacts in i dont think ).
Id double check all flight suits before lift off tbh run them under a tap

when i went the optician thought I had something like a cyst in my eye, so they didnt do the prescription etc and I left work to go to moorfields eye hosp waited around for three hours to find out everything is cool. this was last year and I'm only just going back

No Matt back to the opticians to get my eyetest finished this time. Hosp said there was nothing wrong apart from me having bad eyesight
