courtenay are currently experementing with the Z20LET ecu for use with the 2.2.

that would be 10x better than the crap i have now so im waiting for that as i think thats the best option once its all working correctly.

today has been a busy day lol

i painted the toeing bar silver, but it looks shit so im going to paint it black

rad cowling back on

supercharger fitted

bunged up the hole in the top of the manifold with some tigerseal

fuel pipes moved well out of the way now so not to foul the belt

with the excess stikaflex i tried to reinforce the sides which tend to split

all wiring all neat and tidy

3. alter the throttle body wires to work with the 2.0 s/c TB - DONE
4. extend the MAP sensor - DONE
5. remake intake system - DONE

i tried to make it look as factory as possible as they are a GM kit for this engine.

im just waiting on the ECU getting back and the header tank and then i can get the systems filled and get it turned on

If it were me I'd be whipping that rocker cover off and giving it a fresh lick of paint to match the SC

well little update..

i plugged the battery on the car for about 5 seconds as plumes of smoke appeared from the rear..

what i had done is caught the live wire going to the altenator on the manifold, luckily it was just the sheething on the wire that melted, it wasnt on for long enough to do much more damage luckily.

ive not recovered it and made sure its well out of the way.

on a positive note, the car is done, well the only thing left to do is mount ecu, plumb in the header tank and wire in the relay for the charge cooler pump and we are ready to go
