Lockscreen Clock Hide - Used in conjusction with the weather plugin, otherwise there are 2 clocks showing
Macbook Final Theme - I like this theme, nice and modern yet simple
Recent Call Delete - Handy for deleting certain phonecalls you don't want people to know were made 
SBSettings - I use this mainly for turning bluetooth on and off quicker when getting in and out of cars for my Parrot, using bluetooth all the time drains battery and saves going through settings everytime to turn on and off
Yourtube - Download Youtube videos from Youtube. A better alternative to MXtube IMO as you don't need another app that is basically youtube then, saves space
iTeleport - I love this app, used for controlling your computer when you are out etc. Or what I mostly use it for is basically a mouse so I can use the computer whilst laying in bed
Red Laser - Another handy one, scans barcodes then searches online to find stuff cheaper online, mostly for games/dvds etc
AppBox Pro - full of handy things as seen in the picture below
Shazam - Music finding app, I use this lots
AroundMe - Search for things around you, atm's, restaurants etc
Worms - Old school game
Ragdoll 2 - Fun game
Mortal Combat: Sandstorm - Best shoot em up I've seen for the iPhone, not laggy at all and great fun
SimCity - Very realistic, like the real game
Categories - As you can see in the pictures it's for putting stuff into folders. I'm very particular about stuff being neat so this is perfect for me
iTeleport, very cool app!

Is there any easy app that you can do this through on cydia or have you got to downlaod everything individually?

graham get "categoriessb" off cydia, install the sinful iphone repo if you dont have it already.
it integrates categories into the springboard, much quicker and smoother operating and looks the same as the main springboard when youre within a folder

its great isnt it, mess with the settings you can have sup and down scrolling like inifiboard, or side to side like normal

Ah I see I've gone for the Ipad theme, with 5 buttons along the bottom so far.
Anything else recommended? Where abouts do I download Installous?

The icons are my theme they change with whatever theme you have. And the sun is IBN Weather it changes with whatever the weather is at the time!
To get Installous, go to Cydia, then Manage along the bottom. Go to Sources. Click Edit then Add, type in:
http://cydia.hackulo.us
and let it install. Once that's done it'll appear and go into it and scroll down to Installous and click install. Done!
