The lack of Boobs upsets me JJ I had an amazing picture of you in my garage before I didnt renew my prem, was going to PS it so you had a beetroot as a face

I love running !! Go out every night with Kuma. I hate the rower though, Ken bought a water rower and we have been competing on it, although he is 5 stone heavier than me and an ex body builder and I'm an underweight smoker so competition is quite fair

I didn't use to mind the rower but don't have the room for one anymore.
At the moment I'm managing just over 1/2 a mile on my runs I'm taking that as a starting figure to build on and it's gone up slightly everytime I've gone out
