I ussually drink water nowadays, limited the amount of caffiene i have as it was getting dangerous, I could drink 9 or 10 mugs and not feel even a slight buzz
And without it was almost asleep

Mike  At least you've cut down now. I've probably said before, but one of my mates was proper addicted to monster energy for a while, he would go entire weekends without sleep So he'd come out Friday night, go on internetz/watch tv through the night, then got an early train and spent the weekend at his mrs' place, then come back monday and work 3pm-10pm, come to the pub again then go to bed But not any more so it's all good

We've gone from going through at least one or two 2 litre bottles of pepsi a night at home to buying 1 a week. On top of that I'd have a couple of bottles of lucozade and a couple of cans of lilt a day at work, sugartastic
Now I have at least 3 litres of water a day and one isotonic
