1 spark plug?
sundries will be new bolts/nuts/washers etc maybe even antifreeze.

The garage obviously think it's fine.
So you have two options:

1. Take it elsewhere for a 2nd opinion and mention piston rings
2. leave it and watch the oil levels

Over the past week I have been keeping an eye on the oil levels

Saturday 3rd July - 2l of oil put in as it was showing low (89,900 miles)

Wednesday 7th July - Showing full on dipstick (89,964 miles)

Friday 9th July (today) After doing an 100 miles round trip my oil is now showing low (90,145 miles)

So in under a week my car has nearly gone through 2 Liters of oil

I know its abit like saying how long is a piece of string, but roughly, how much should I be putting in my 1.6 corsa sport

how long should 2L last me? driving say 25 miles a day.

Buy a newer Arden so it has Air-con, then swop the bits over. Then sell yours on.

Well buy another engine then. I wouldn't waste anymore time/money on this engine, for £150 you could have another engine...

Check the manual, should give you an oil consumption tolerance in there I would think...

runs well pull good bit smokey some times think a stem seal is on the way comes with ecu key and chip £150
