Still not sure, shitty Mazda design means there isn't much room for space behind it to push it out. So if it won't pull out then it'll have to be a new rear quarter, which I really don't want! And I have no idea tbh, including the Ring repairs spent £4400 so far.

Damn, that's depressing

I would guess MPG would be comparable commuting in an unladen little tipper or something. Or an urban artic tractor. Might have trouble insuring that as a recreational vehicle though

Whilst it's a big hit once or twice a year (depending on if you buy a year or 6 months) it doesn't really bother me too much. The car is great all rounder, speed, comfort, very good interior design. Take it for a drive, it might change your mind.

The way to look at it is that it's only 200 more than you'll normally pay plus the car will be cheaper. I did a fairly good deal on mine because I think a lot of people were put off.

Yep. I paid a good few k less than a VXR of similar spec, so it would take years before I am worse off through buying a car with higher tax. £200 over a year isn't much, it's just that most people spend their entire pay packet every month, I don't, so it's no biggy.

Fuk me thats expensive.

Still dont understand why my 1400 16v Mk4 Astra is over 90quid for 6 months.

I always thought that anything under 1500cc was in the lower tax bracket.
