Actually....morning after the wife found out about my affair..... I did cry because I realised what i'd done.

Forgot about that. Tbh trying to block the whole thing out of my mind.

But I don't seem to cry. things upset me like films etc but I don't cry. Not sure why.

Probably about 4 years ago at my uncles funeral. Was a big shock to the family. He went on holiday all fit and healthy and had a heart attack after a night out.

At least one night a week at the moment, split with my girlfriend of 7 years a few months ago. I don't think I'm getting over it like I'm supposed to.

I think the last time I cried properly was when my gf's papa died 2 years ago was me and her uncle who ran him to hospital and when he went unconcious in the waiting room I held his head up

Can feel the eyes going every time I think about him

I think the last time I cried was over something stupid when drunk. That's the only time I cry these days. Relatives/pets dying upsets me, but I don't cry.

Properly cried when I had my accident about 2 years ago and wrote off my Corsa. I was totally fine but gutted I'd been so stupid

Well up every now and then. Last time was with some programme on channel 4 about a dying kid I think. Random how little things affect you.

A few months ago funnily enough after making a big mistake which I wont go into, but I need to control my temper before I'm disowned, I get wound up and lash out before thinking things through.

But before that I hadn't cried since I was a kid, even when family have died its never got me to tears

Re reading the first bit just made me think, I've got alot of shit going on at the moment which is getting me down so I best try and keep myself calm before I make a big mistake as I'm proper angry most of the time at the moment and often want to punch people for no reason, keep thinking to myself while talking to people, should I break their nose?

I get that feeling all the time. I'll be with mates and I wonder how they'd react if I headbutted them. Or punched them in the temple while they drive. I assumed it was normal
