good luck mate take it all went well, was going to ask when it was to offer best wishes etc but wasnt sure what was the best way to ask when you have major surgery as dont imagine its your most favorite thing to look forward to

Just to add they couldn't do it keyhole as the bad part was quite large. I keel getting woke up every hour to drink and check me. Recovery time wil be longer now due to it not being done keyhole wise which is a bummer.

How you getting on? I had the same op two years ago and it changed my life. I'm guessing crohns or ibd. How long do they reckon you will be in for? How much they removed? I was due to have an epidural and it never worked, woke up in a bit of pain. Mirror your views on private health care, my bill came in at around 23k over the course of four months but it was four months and not four years due to it
