As you seem to like your cooking was gonna ask if you had a bolognese (sp?) recipe as the last one I tried tasted like plain mince
Found one on allrecipe that I'm gonna give a go though

Yeah I'll probably fiddle with the recipe a bit.
We have a chilli at least every couple of weeks as its one of Lauras favourites. My current specialty is my Nandos kievs and peri peri chips though
