I've had her since I was 11; so coming up to 16years and she's not escaped upto now. She's almost double the size she was when I bought her and has gone from a much darker brown to the rose/pink colour she is now! Pretty cool but does nothing.

I had a load of crickets escape in the house, found them on the stairs in a procession from my room; Dad's fault, we think we got them all but Mum's never been told

my mates one lifted the lid off the tank and escaped, worst thing was we had just got in from a night out so were wasted. it hadnt gone far though
kept a book on the top after that

my tank has clamp down sides and a sliding piece of glass for top access so can't be moved by the spider; it the has two sliding front doors on it for front access

Yesterday I totally gutted the garden shed and there must have been 30+ big spiders in there, was pretty bad at first but got used to the fuckers quite quickly.
Used a whole can of wasp spray on them, one was that big I sprayed it to fuck then it re-generated and started trying to escape again took a second hit and got blasted with the power washer and still wasn't effected, so kicked it and it died
