Gomez is a secret United fan that's what He thought he had a free kick for some reason even though it should of been us that had a penalty. And if he had been awarded a free kick, which he wasn't, he was taking it in the wrong place anyway. So he can't argue about it, it's own fault.
Nani deserved a goal, he caused Spurs problems all game.

The referee didn't give a penalty. But he didn't give a free kick either. Hence the goal stands.

The ref has "supposedly" said he was playing advantage to Spurs for the Nani handball as Gomez had possession and they could therefore counter quickly!!!
Gomez fucked that up then didn't he.
End of the day you always should play to the whistle. Can you hear the whistle in a 72,000 seat stadium tho?? I've always wondered!

So number of corners decides who the better side were?
United had 51% possession and pass accuracy of 82% to spurs 80% but when all's said and done the only stat that matters is the scoreline. That's not to mentions uniteds 18 shot at goal.
