Steve is right and I'm right, most n/a cars unless you go down the cams route with some aftermarket mapping you won't see any kind of gain.

BUT

There are some engines out there that do respond well to breathing mods, VTS/GTi engines respond well, CTR engines with the Integra mapping, Z14XEP engine

Where do I get integra mapping? Can I get it from Honda?
