Some RS500's have been selling for close to £50k. It'll be a while before it's price drops below rrp.
The standard RS is still very low milage, and i'm fairly sure he could get at least £23-24k for it, so he won't have lost much.

He also has a car which is going up in value, so he can afford to lose a little. Not that the money is a relevant factor. He's doing what he wants and buying the cars he wants.

He could still go out and buy a GT-R if he wanted, but he doesn't.

Thats the thing, if somebody spends £15k on an old Escort with shit spoiler they get a pat on the back. Almost any other can and it's, 'you spent £xx on that?! You could've got xx or xx for that money....'. Turn it in. Nobody cares what else he could've bought.
