I like the way it always descends in to pics/talk of BMW's on here surprised no one has mentioned an M3.

Thats because people have offered alternatives to the RS3 at 40k

3CM was the one who brought in the Avants and its gone from there

Its bascially like the golf R the other month. They are both very good cars but at there base price, plus the kit you have to buy which should be standard takes the cars to a new level in terms of alternatives

RS4 has no relevance either. People buying a brand new car don't look at what they could get 2nd hand for that money.

A 2nd hand but similarly priced RS4/M5 etc. are going to cost a shit load more to run for a start than either an RS3 or a 1 series M.

Tbh I'd spend £40k on a 200k 1995 VW Corrado VR6 with second hand cloth interior and some headlight switches

Why do Audi bother making these cars? Shouldn't they just be catering for latte drinking businessmen with bluetooth headsets and someone who wants a diesel to sit on the arses of people doing 85mph in the outside lane of motorways?

Also don't have a Blutooth headset, it's integrated into the car.
