Glad i was off. Forth road bridge was closed for hours and fuck being caught up in that.
Heard people of the m8 were having a snowball fight, now that i would love to be part of.

There was a guy on the news there that had been stuck in it for 8 hours, people were building snowmen on the M8 at Bathgate.

I didn't realise the weather was so bad as I boarded a flight to Edinburgh this morning 
Our flight came within 200 yards of edinburgh runway, wasn't allowed to land, went to glasgow and couldn't land so ended up on the apron at Prestwick for 2 hours while we waited for fuel and then headed back to East Mids.... Lovely morning out flying round Scotland... In its favour it did look good from the air....

Just text one of the engineers that crashed in Edinburgh this morning to see if he got home to Irvine ok.
He phoned back....he's sitting on the M8 at Livingston

My dad left glasgow at 6pm and I told him not to use any motorways...still not back.
A mate left his work in glasgow at 3:30pm went on the motorway still not back 20mile journey.
