Cambridge Diet?

I'd like to lose about 3/4 of a stone if I could; lost nearly 2 this year but put a bit back on over Christmas. That was the don't eat but drink loads of spirits to drown your sorrows diet. It worked; I lost the 2 stone in about 2months

Goal is to get to 12 stone by my birthday, final goal will probably be about 12.5 + any water weight (although I want to minimise that really)

in my case it was fat; I didn't ever look particularly fat but I was carrying a bit around my gut; that literally fell off when me and the ex split up and I stopped eating out 3/4 times a week - in fact I just stopped eating and did a lot of drinking! I've got a little bit left to go but as soon as the weather turns/nights draw out, I'll be out cycling again as often as possible so hopefully that'll see me build my stamina and fitness and cut the fat I'm carrying

Lol

The girlfriends parents have a gym in their garage so in there 4 times a week. Used to go kickboxing, never got a chance to hurt anyone though, eventually put my back out even more so had to stop that too.

I agree Russ, best of luck Kerry
However I think dropping your calories to less than a 1/4 of what they generally should be is daft

Taking in around 1500 and doing some good exercise should show plenty of results without risking illness

This man speaks the truth. You will see a loss, however you will probably feel tired, be irritable and as joe says risk illness.
