On what terms?

im unsure. my job is through agency, the road i crashed on is owned by ABP, NOT DFDS (my company), the things I hit are owned by ABP (not DFDS). Insurance are going to pay for the things I crashed into too.

Is this legal for them to do?

my agency rang today to offer me work for 5pm, i accepted and got ready, then my agency rang at about half 3 saying DFDS (my company that aren't ABP) say they don't want you on site so you can't work tonight..

they said because there's extensive damage to the electric box...but my insurance is obviously going to pay for this so how is this relevant?

Sorry i didn't realise it was agency work :/ from what i know from friends past experiences yes they can do that, because, a company asks an agency to get them some workers, they then ask you, if you accept they get back to the company telling them details, if the company do not want you there then there is nothing you can do really unless the agency comes up with somewhere else :/

Thats as far as i know, happened to a mate...
