I have it every now and then when I wake up I can see a figure in my room, as I wake up more the figure is just made up from things like clothes hanging on wadrobe etc. When I'm fully awake I can't even work out how they made a figure  It's all just mind tricks

I saw a big white mans face with long white hair at the end of my bed when I was young, shit me up proper.
Also my dad saw a young girl on 2 different nights after his sister died, said it could have been her.......but I believe highly in science and thing anything out of place is bullshit , like religion for instance.
I think ghosts are just mind tricks and are proven to sometimes be electo magnetic fields fucking you up a bit.
Like a ceiling fan gave out a E-field that effected someone they removed the fan and everything when back to normal, saw this on TV.
