Chloe wants to learn but cant help herself shouting out being loud and generally a pain
we have developed ways to help control herself now, like targets, prompt cards and rewards or consequences

I'm not meaning to cause offence, just intrigued as to the difference between a naughty child and oen with ADHD.
Also does ADHD continue into adulthood?
The problem with ADHD kids is every kid now has it, according to their parents.
Out of all the kids I've had "with" it (I teach kids skiing), and we're talking hundreds have made the claim, about 2-3 actually have. All the others have suddenly discovered hitherto unknown levels of attentiveness when I do what their parents never have. ie properly blow a gasket and shout at them when they are misbehaving.
Once you know they have it, the genuine cases, you can teach around it. Dyspraxia is the other side of the coin, only ever had one kid who had that, but plenty who just didn't listen due to upbringing.
