All sorted now
Replaced the TB cover and you can hear its sucking air thru the filter now.
Sounds alright, not too noisey at all.

Never sounds overly good reving it on the spot anyway. Need to be out on the road with your foot to the floor lol

Just seen this on a video comment on youtube.

"You were conned. Side by side with a proper paper element that DOES filter, the surface area is much smaller. What noise it does make it pretty much over powered by the exhaust anyways
