Going from comparisons with other cars, and the fact that an identical car, the VTS, has a much lower 0-60 time, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise that you are chatting shit. For a change.

Ask Ash, his mates with a couple of mods can keep in touch with his 240bhp CTR.

Read that too. Evo DO have testing equipment

But all such questions are about to be answered. We've repaired to the heart of the Dales for a little peace, tranquility and toe-down therapy. In fact, let's deal with that first. Quickest car between two bends? The Peugeot without a doubt: its 0-60mph time of 7.4secs takes more than half a second out of the next quickest car, the Punto (8.0secs).

Not that fast compared to what? It should easily keep with a CTR.

I'm not Ash so I don't know what has been done to his friends' car

lol it was fast just not what i expected...
it would keep up with a standard one yes, but ashs has 240bhp... 40bhp over standard... and ashs is faster than a 300bhp golf so really your saying a 106 with a filter and backbox is faster than a 300bhp golf

you said ashs mate has a 106 with a couple mods thats as fast as his 240bhp civic - tick

in the 1.8t thread ash said his civic was faster than his mates 300bhp golf mk4 - tick

a 106 with a couple mods is now faster than a 300bhp golf - troll logic ftw

I could understand you being a retard if you misheard me... But it's actually written on a forum. I said it can keep in touch with it, those were his words. Ask him? Your troll logic is flawed. A 106 GTi will do 0-60 in 7.4 seconds, like has been said all along. You now have proof. You were proven wrong once again, KTHXBAI John D.

now that ive dispatched your first query in a vigorous fashion i shall attend to the second...

his mate wouldnt his tec till late on so a slow rolling start in say second he would have to wait till 5800rpm to hit tec.... obviously i dont know the whole ins and outs of the race. if you want we could have a get together and ill bring my timing equipment?

How do you know what gear they started in, and what speed they were going? Dispatched my first query I gave up on that because you are retarded. They are not going to lie about the times they achieved.
