Good Afternoon,

As you may be aware due the pricing of the AutoGlym HD wax which i had on offer last night i unfortunately made a massive cock up.

This was a genuine mistake due to way i list my products through bulk uploading via Turbo Lister which some of you may be familiar with.

This was my mistake and i hold my hands up.

My cost on this product is £18.75 + VAT and i had around 100 sales in around 6 hours last night.

For all those buyers who have bought 1 qty i have fulfilled their orders honourably,

I would kindly like to ask if i can just supply 1 of the qty you have purchased and refund the remaining amount to help me out a little.

For those buyers with phone numbers on their accounts i have contacted directly and offered our apologies directly – thank you for your understanding.

Feedback is also important for me so i am trying to at least fulfil as many orders as possible and if you could leave me positive feedback it would be appreciated.

Andy

I would be tempted to cancel my order tbh if i had got one. Know how hard it is to try and keep a small/new business afloat without something like this ruining you

Edit - £6.25 will only just cover postage i would imagine as there quite heavy with the box etc

I would cancel my order tbh

It's hard enough to make a living these days, pretty damn selfish to accept it when it is clearly an error. Lesson learned for him but i'd at least let him off
