no disrespect the R32 is a great car but it would not keep up with an M3 in any circumstances

No fucking way would an R32 keep up with an M3 my Corsa VXR was near idential to an R32 and that was much slower than my Stage 2 Astra

The M3 has 90hp more and does 0-60mph a second faster, an R32 would get killed.

For something with 340bhp its far from impressive IMO, obviously the usual fan boys will say different. Plus if the road is even the slightest bit damp there all over the place and a tiny bit of snow well they can forget it. So much for the perfect all rounder

The golf not a big car lol it is bloody heavy tho

The M3 is a nice car don't get me wrong, I was seriously considering one but they came with a host of possible very expensive problems which kinda put me off. I still maintain there not as quick as I think they should be.

I can tell you havent driven one properly Eck

It has Traction control, thus meaning even in rain you can give it 100% wellie and you will stay straight. So that statement is utter bollocks.

Snow granted, they are hopeless. Have a video of me trying to get out of my drive.

Eck, its a performance car. You can not possibly not class it as one. Its like saying a Gallardo is not a performance car because the Murcialago is faster Barmy bloody logic

I know you'd give you left bollock defending them mate but they jut don't do it for me. My mate had his for over 3 years and even he admitted they were pretty useless in anything other than dry conditions. Driving in a straight line isnt exactly hard either but again I still say for 340bhp there not as quick as I thought they'd be. Yes they are a performance car but just not as highly put. IMO. I'll be the first one to say that the r32 isn't really a great performer in a straight line but in most weather conditions it can hold it's own against other so called performance cars.

Tbf most cars are shit in snow.

But anyway with the right tyres (continental m3's) they handle extremly well in all weather except snow obviously.
They comfortably fly up to 90 efortlessly.
It is the best and fastest car I have owned.
I don't wanna get out of it when I drive home from work at midnight and the roads are empty.

That's because you've been in it for considerably less time than you would have been if you made the journey a few hours earlier

Im not defending them, im just correcting you on your assumption of them being crap in all conditions even though they are supposed to be slow

There are far faster carsd out there and im under no illusion of that. But saying your mate said they where shit so you think thery are doesnt say much for you

Doesn't say much for me, Christ grow up a bit pal

Why shouldn't I believe him??? As he owned the car for that lenth of time he would have far better knowledge of it's abilities than I do.

I never said they were slow, I said they just don't look quick for the amount of power they produce.

The bottom line is I have a different opinion of them than you do and you don't like it

My cars hopeless in the snow but I can honestly say when I was choosing the car the last thought in my mind was "Hmmm, how will this be in the 3 days of snow we get a year?"

You cant push on in the rain as hard as you can in the dry obviously but the traction control is good so that helps!

The cars are probably fine with the correct tyres.

Mine is useless in the snow with my sporty summer tyres.
