200-220 with a bit of motorway. Last time I filled it it up it was like £32

Paid on a card though cos I dont carry huge amounts of cash like that.

To be honest, it was the frequency of fill ups that did my head in.
I would much rather fill up to the brim with a big tank than fill up so many times with a smaller one.
Evo is notoriously bad for that. 200-220 mile range.
I now get 400-500 mile range

With me i was paying triple figures or close with the BM and 350, and the mini with almost half the size of tank is doing more miles so frequency of fill ups has got less

I put £13 in my EP3 every night. I do about 80 motorway miles a day and then down to the gym or the GFs house and on my way home i fill up.
I do it because if i filled up to the top i would drive faster so to budget on how much i use i find it easier, then come friday ill have some extra from the £13s worth i never used through the week which usually does me through sat / sun.

At over £1.30 a litre at about 90miles, that puts you at 40mpg?

£1.35 a litre. 80 miles a day maximum at usually 60mph on the motorway gets me good mpg results.

Its only 2 miles to my GFs and gym and 2 miles back home.

It will all change after the summer holidays when all the brats are back at school. Parents clogging up the motorways causing ques long enough to reach the moon

I remember when I had my first one, you had to rev it so hard to get anywhere.

Mine does 43mpg and has 123,000 miles, although my journey is all motorway so it probably should be more

I do 40 mpg in my C knocking about. And you dont have to rag them everywhere. When i first got it i thought it was stupid and thought about selling it as it was 'unsafe' (I had downgrade 150 bhp). You just have to change your style and now I think its fine.

I brim the Astra but I've not done a full tank in the Disco yet, 5 litres smaller than the Touareg so comparable to that receipt, I'm just not brave enough. Also was watching it out the window hoping nobody stole it.
