it used to be, there was some talk last year though of that not being the case anymore, might be wrong though.

apparently insurers cannot not insure you on it, regardless of what they say in small print or whatever

noone challenges it though lol

what i heard was the ring had to stop charging people time for closing in the event of an accident as it was a public toll road.

in court they got asked to clarify was it a track or a toll road, and they were forced into saying it was a track to avoid losing the case.

what i heard anyway may be a load of shit

A few on here have had bumps there iirc, I wonder if they have asked there insurers about it???

Do you, oli, graham etc just drive on uninsured???

yeah, supposedly only insured to drive on normal roads but not on there

Maybe your driving is spot on but in the many vids I've watched it's the other drivers you need to look out for.
