Lovely cars but much bigger in person than i thought they'd be. How does it handle or have you not started throwing it about yet?
Smooth power delivery?

dealers already offer remaps - you wouldn't know as your stuck in the 90's

peak bhp gain was 7bhp on the filter and 14lbft
the car made suprising power as standard, did a mk2 focus rs on the same day which made 302bhp, so good comparisson to see the dyno was doing as it should!
std the car did 279bhp 309lbft
i did 3 runs all within 1bhp. it made around 245 at the wheels so it works out about right.

Hmmm not sure I can believe that....the cars are 256bhp and I've only ever heard of them reading less than standard power, so to be 23bhp up with no mods, you not think something was wrong there?? Just something I have never heard of that's all.
I made 266bhp 288ft/lb torque with just an air filter
Then 284bhp 302 ft/lb torque with air filter, FMIC & secondary decat
I have full downpipe with 200 cell sports cat on now, and KMD fuel pump internals to be fitted so then it can be safely mapped, but been thinking about selling the car

Mark,
Great choice, really love these, a real Q car.
There is a chap, lives on the Wellingborough Road, and he literally chops his MPS in every 6 mths for a new one, he has a white 61 plate at the moment. Last count, I think this is the 7th in a row he has had.
Always brightens up my day driving to/from work.

i didn't know, i don't really keep up with new cars tbh, i wait until the real gems shine through before bumming a car, not just loving the newest/latest offering

Or maybe he can afford to do it so doesn't give a shit Plus you can drive new cars hard from day one, they don't need running in.

Thats something Steve would do. Change the oil every 3 days and bleed the brakes after every journey.
