3.5-4k would get you a really good 2001/02 bug eye WRX with 60-80k.
Stick on some decent winter tyres (See Evo's Winter tyre test) and you are away

Picked bloke his son (who the car was for) & sons gf up from the station, drove the car for about 5 mins back to my house, told me about his 375bhp Mk1 RS hes got & the S1/2 escort turbos he owns, got to the house, sighed the paperwork & off he drove.

Hi Colin Mate, the drivers side mat isn't clean enough for me and my mechanic said it needs 2 new front tyres and new revoknuckles.

i know for a 52 plate 'cup' with 59k. belts and all the rest of the stuff done. and that was 2k ono
