£10k is a good offer. youre reaching the limit of what you can do with it now aside from spend a hell of a lot putting a new engine in.
if i was you id sell for £10k, buy an m3 and charge it with the money you were gonna spend on the fabia

its not all about the label and how it drives tho
i get in my car with my sounds and gauges and leather and actually love driving it, i get in my mates m3 and it looks so old and dated, tape player and shit, dull orange dash that looks like its from the 80's, i just dont like it, i wouldn't swap my car for a 46.

Not all M3's have a tape player But the design is 10 years old now so yeah the orange dials are dated but once you have been around the car a while the features that the car has makes you realise why the car was like 40k new or whatever it was.
The problem with the M3 is they don't really make sense until you get it on track, and probably why some people don't understand why I wanted an M3 when the MPS would have been faster in a straight line once mapped.
But yeah it is personal preference at the end of the day, but you can't compare a 10 year old design to a car that's 5 years newer

Not the VRs...
And they have green dials, which you could say are more dated, but I was just saying there's more to the car than orange dials..

orange dials are because bmw tested all colours and they were easiest to read, with blue being the worst
function over form

Base design is, engine first came in the golf etc around 2000 too.
IMO the fabia is much more dated than the e46 M3

You might even find an M12 in budget ! I think they are a v6 twin turbo.
Could have a decent 350z for 13k then get it turbo'ed
Tried to look for Japanese cars as I find German ones are pretty boring to look at but isn't much apart from the obvious, rx7, skyline, evo, all getting on a bit now to.

First job is to get the £10k before you can starting planning the next one.
If its serious offer it needs converting as soon as you can.

At the rate you seem to make the money why don't you just buy a brand new 911 Turbo or something, I estimate you could save up for it in about 6 months.

Another thought about spending 20k on a car, if you want to do trackdays would you really be able to risk that amount of money? Always crosses my mind tbh with my car...

well i know my car isn't worth £20k to others but to me because i've put the money into it i see it as more than £20k and still drive it on the limit with 3rd party only insurance, so tbh yeah i would
