na it has an earthy flavour. brown rice is balls.

You need loads of sauce for brown rice, it's too dry otherwise.

I prefer dry. Foods.

Usually have white basmati dry which isnt that bad. I checked the ingrediants once and they were exactly the same

only difference is brown rice has slower release carbs but the taste alone is enough to disregard that. it also has to be cooked alot longer

Not retro enough, unlike padded jackets, christmas jumpers and casio watches.


But it's a traditional rice steamer, costs about a fiver from china town and works a treat every time.

I actually really like brown rice As long as you boil a kettle and rinse it in the seive after cooking I actually think it tastes nicer.

Took me a while to get used to brown rice, bread and pasta, but I prefer it now.

The whole cooking rice in a rice cooker looks very tricky. Ill stick to the 2minute microwave ones.

Chicken oxo cube works quite well, obviously if doing 75g portion then just crumple some of it in, not the whole thing

next week? getting used every day nearly, but im thinking maybe some rice and water. might chuck an egg in there and see what happens
