It's the LED lights, they've always done it on slow motion bits. The LED lights aren't actually on permanently, they're switched on and off really quickly, think it's for energy saving but could be wrong. We can't see it but when slowed down in those shots you can.

They probably wouldn't have bothered if Ferrari hadn't of given them the CGI footage.
Was an okay episode, episode 1 is still the best one so far with the others being average for me.

I like the way James hasn't change much since literally his first episode. I mean yeah he's in on the scripted shit like the others but he can actually act it properly.
Last weeks was fucking awful but like you say the first week was awesome
