I'm on Kre-Alkalin and Vyomax deluxe protein.
If this stuff is any good I may give it a go.

Right guys, just got back and I still feel like I could run another mile. The only reason I stopped is my mate had to go.

Didn't get any sort of noticeable 'buzz' off 1.5 scoop so I think ill step it up to 2 for fridays session as I feel it can give more with a higher dose.

Definatly worth the investment.

How would you really know it worked if youve not been at the gym in a long time?

Used to train, had a break, started back. This isn't my first day back. Plus I know my body.

Not gonna argue with you mate, I'm just telling you my findings.

Wasnt starting an argument, just thought this was your first time back in a few years, and i mean youll never really know if it gave you that extra strength until you come off it.

What you may find is that, pre-workouts are more designed for high intensity training.

So basically giving you that explosive feeling whilst lifting weights.

In terms of longer distance cardio, i can't imagine it would benefit greatly..

Just my take on its purpose of course..

The power of the mind, I bet the majority is psychological, not knocking it though if it helps it helps and it doesn't matter why.
